Emergency & After Hours

Please notify the School on 6255 7700 as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your child. Please note, the school phone automatically switches over to an answering machine at 4.00pm.

Pick up time and after school arrangements - Junior and Middle Schools

Pick up time for students in Junior School (K-5) and Middle School (6-8) is 3.15pm.

Allowing for drive through traffic, if a student is not collected by 3.40pm they will be escorted to the Front Office of their school campus and office staff will contact parents/carers to confirm pick up arrangements. Staff will make every effort to contact parents/carers and, if necessary, emergency contacts.

Kindergarten to Year 6 children

If parents/carers advise their child (Kindergarten - Year 6) is unable to be collected from the school prior to 3.45pm OR if the School is not advised prior to 3.45pm and is unable to contact parents/carers, the student will be escorted to the Outside of School Hours Care program where they may join in the afternoon’s activities up until 6.00pm. An initial fee of $45.00 per child will be charged.
