This year, the theme for National Science Week was Species Survival – More Than Just Sustainability. Our students worked together to fundraise for Mulligan’s Flat Nature Reserve and Year 12 students visited our Middle School science labs to take our Year 6 and 7 students through a variety of hands-on experiments throughout the week.

To kick off the fun, Year 5 students visited the Senior Science Centre to work with a Year 11 and 12 class for a toad dissection. Students enjoyed lots of exciting activities throughout the week, from contructing possum and bird boxes for the community to designing sustainable spaces. Then on Friday we had a Battle of the Houses Science Quiz!
